The Desert Oasis Chapter, headquartered at Eskan Village, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supports aviators assigned to the Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program (OPM-SANG) and those retirees living in the greater Riyadh area and working with the Ministry of the National Guard Aviation Division.
