The AAAA National Office will support the Chapter Awards Program by providing Award Certificates free or appropriate Plaques at a modest cost. To start up the program, simply follow the timeframe outlined below:

  • Appoint an Awards Committee Chairman and have him organize his committee in October.

  • Have the Committee solicit nominees locally during October and November. The AAAA National Office will distribute an awards announcement to your members for you if it accompanies a meeting notice.

  • Select the winners in December, and be sure to prepare and submit your nominees as candidates for AAAA National Awards. National Nominations must be received at the AAAA National Office on or before January 15.
