Ellis-D-ParkerThe U.S. Army Center of Excellence (USAACE) has announced the FY 2014 LTG Ellis D. Parker Award submission process.  A Department of the Army level award, the Parker award recognizes excellence in Army Aviation at the battalion level and is divided into four categories based on unit mission: Combat (C), Combat Support (CS), Combat Service Support (CSS), and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). All aviation units, battalions, and task forces must submit their packets through their appropriate Army Command.  Suspense to USAACE G-1 is NLT 5 Nov.
