Please Note: All attendees and exhibitors who attend AAAA events grants permission to AAAA, its employees and agents (collectively "AAAA") to use their name and images, without notification, for any AAAA purpose such as marketing and publicity. This includes but is not limited to visual/audio images, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions.

Cancellation Policy
Badge and Event Ticket cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected] no later than October 28, 2019. Any requests received after this date will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please include your full name and registration confirmation number in your correspondence.
NON-Government Cancellation Clause: Registration changes or cancellations can be made online until 10/28/19. Cancellations prior to that date, will receive a full refund of registration fees less a $25 processing fee to cancel. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 10/28/19. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. No refunds will be issued if you do not attend the event. Substitutions are not allowed. Please cancel registration and register new participant. Thank you.
