AAAA is closely tracking COVID-19 and government developments in the Nashville area and is committed to providing a safe environment for all participants.

  • We are requiring that our event attendees, exhibitors and all participants fill out a health questionnaire and provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of entry or COVID-19 vaccine records before entering.
  • We are partnering with Health Pass by CLEAR to help provide and confirm entry requirements. Health Pass is a free mobile app solution making entering the Summit quick, safe, and easy for everyone.
  • Attendees will receive further instructions on how to download the CLEAR app and enroll for free in advance of the event. Stay tuned for further information.
