Dear AAAA Members,

It is hard to believe that a year has come and gone since I wrote my first note to you as your AAAA President, but it also reminds me that for many this concept of Memorial Day is a daily remembrance for the loved ones we have all lost. As we observe Memorial Day on Monday, May 28, let us remember that the difference between Memorial Day and Veterans Day is that we honor the men and women who lost their lives serving our great country whereas with Veterans Day, we remember all those who served in our Nation’s wars both the living and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for all of us.

I ask all of us to join our thoughts and prayers in remembering our fallen as well as the Families and loved ones of the Fallen. We derive our strength from our AAAA family who have served and/or continue to serve; in uniform, as supportive family members, as US Government Civilians, and members of our Industry support team. We thank you, we appreciate you and we will always be there to support you and your family! God Bless!

BG Steve Mundt, Ret.

Above the Best!

Stephen D. Mundt
Brigadier General, U.S. Army Retired
President, AAAA
