Dear Sponsors and Participants,
As you are aware, AAAA has decided to cancel its April 2020 AAAA Nashville based Mission Summit. We have been working with AAAA to determine if we could join them in providing a golf tournament in conjunction with an alternate event but we will be unable to do that this year. Because of this, we want to present options for the funds you have already provided for this year’s tournament.
- Because we use the profits from the tournament to sponsor scholarships that are awarded by the AAAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc., we encourage you to allow us to retain your funds for that purpose, or
- We are scheduled to conduct a tournament again in 2021 in conjunction with the 2021 AAAA Mission Summit at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN. We could retain your funds for the same sponsorship level, team, or individual spot for that tournament, or
- We can provide you with a refund for the amount you paid for your sponsorship, team, or individual spot in the tournament.
We are very disappointed by the cancellation but we think all of us now understand the gravity of the situation we are dealing with.
Please let us know which option you prefer and we will follow through accordingly.
